The Crawford Law Firm represents a variety of clients in all aspects of the racing and gaming industry.  Our services include assisting clients with their applications for licensing, advising clients to ensure compliance with the gaming laws and regulations, representing clients before the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, and advising clients regarding pari-mutuel (horse and dog racing) laws and regulations.

The Crawford & Mauro Law Firm also has significant experience representing clients before the NCAA Committee on Infractions.  Our firm understands the nuances and framework of the NCAA’s rules and regulations governing coaches and athletes.   The Firm has appeared before the Committee in contested cases involving the following NCAA member institutions: Louisiana State University; Weber State University; Texas Pan-American University; University of Nevada Las Vegas, and Drake University.  In addition to appearing before the NCAA Committee on Infractions, the firm has provided counsel to coaches, member institutions, and student-athletes in several NCAA infraction and eligibility related matters.   Likewise, the Firm represents coaches and athletes in litigation against NCAA member institutions.
